Sixty Years in the Kitchen
My name is Nichole Blanck, and together with my husband, Scott, we proudly own and operate Lake Aire Rentals LLC — and we're the proud parents of two amazing kids, Brantley and Raelynn. Between us we bring over 60 years of combined restaurant experience, learning the ropes in our parents' bustling restaurants before taking over Blanck's Lake Aire and transforming it into what is now Lake Aire Rentals.
